And rename it to recovery.img for convenience (recovery-TWRP-3.4.0B-0209-REDMI_K30-CN-wzsx150.img to recovery.img).

Problem solved. It’s look like after flasing TWRP, my phone need to boot to CN ROM. But that will my TWRP gone. So I back to CN stable using Mi Flash Tools. And then, from CN Stable I flash old EU ROM using fastboot (Jan 2020 ROM), install TWRP, boot to EU ROM, and install EU latest from TWRP. Just write here may be someone got the same problem as mine.
