The Nokia 8 Sirocco is one of my favourite devices when it comes to design. It comes with a beautiful curved display that gives a premium look. The device was launched back in 2018 with Android 8 Oreo. But as this is one of the firsts Nokia’s Android One device, it has the edge over other devices on updates. The Android One project says that Android One devices will get the update for at least three years after the launch. Nokia 8 Sirocco has already got one major upgrade from Android 8 to Android 9. And now Nokia has started rolling Nokia 8 Sirocco Android 10 stable update.
Nokia owned by HMD is more focused on providing regular updates on its phones, including the low budget phones. Many Nokia devices like Nokia 9 Pureview, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 7.2 and a few more device have already received Android 10 update. And finally, the Android 10 started rolling for the Nokia device. Nokia is very punctual with the Android updates, and they are following the official roadmap.
As it was a flagship phone in 2018 by Nokia, it should have received the update earlier but no worries as finally it is now available. The Nokia 8 Sirocco update brings many new stock android features that will make the phone better. The Android 10 update for Nokia 8 Sirocco weighs 1.38 GB and comes with latest April 2020 security patch. It brings latest features like system-wide dark mode, new navigation gestures, smart reply from notification, enhanced privacy controls and more. Check out the changelog given below.

The update is recommended through WiFi to avoid any type of interruption. To upgrade your phone, you can also use cellular data if you want.

As per the official news, 50% of Nokia 8 Sirocco users from the above countries will get the Android 10 update by 18th April. And the rest 50% users will get the stable Android 10 update by 20th April. So we can say within a week, you will surely get the stable Android 10 update on your Nokia 8 Sirocco if you belong to a country listed above.
Currently, we don’t have the links to download OTA update file, and it is not worth it because as per Nokia it is guaranteed that you will get the update within a week. Also, they will roll out wave 2 for the remaining countries very soon.
