How to Enter Google Pixel 4 into Bootloader Mode
Bootloader Mode is available on all the Android phones, and all system changes are done in this mode. So you need to know how to boot Pixel 4 to Bootloader Mode.
Step 1) Power off your Google Pixel 4/4 XL.
Step 2) Now long press Volume Down + Power button together. Release both buttons when you see the next screen.
Step 3) Use the Volume Down button to navigate, and when it reaches ‘Restart Bootloader’, press the Power button to select it.
Step 4) Now, your Pixel 4 will boot into Bootloader Mode.

Step 1) First, open Settings on your Pixel 4.

Steps to Unlock Bootloader on Google Pixel 4 & Pixel 4 XL
Step 1) Open Developer Options on your Pixel 4.
Step 2) In Developer Options, enable USB Debugging and also enable OEM Unlocking. 
Step 3) Now connect your phone to the computer.
Step 4) Open Command window on your computer.
Step 5) Enter the below command, and when it prompt for authorization on your phone, allow it. If you already provide USB Debugging access, then it will show some ID.

Step 6) Now enter the below command to Boot Pixel 4 to Bootloader Mode.

Step 7) To check if your device is connected in bootloader mode or not, then enter the below command. If connected, it will show ID.

Step 8) Now to Unlock Bootloader on Pixel 4, enter the below command.

Step 9) You will see two options on your phone screen. Select the ‘Unlock Bootloader’ option, for this, you have to use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select the option.
