Following the launch of the One UI 9 Beta program for the Galaxy S26 series, Samsung is now expected to expand the beta program to additional Galaxy devices over the coming weeks. Recent reports suggest that the One UI 9 test firmware for Galaxy S25 has been spotted on Samsung’s servers, indicating that internal testing for the device is underway.
Earlier, a One UI 9 build was also spotted for the Galaxy S26 FE, which is expected to launch later this year after Samsung’s next-generation foldable devices. This suggests that the Galaxy S26 FE will ship with One UI 9 pre-installed out of the box. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 series may become the next lineup to receive the One UI 9 beta program.
The test firware was spotted by known tipster Tarun Vats. However, the test build number has not been revealed yet. The source also noted that the test build was uploaded on Samsung’s servers earlier than it did during last year’s development cycle. This could mean, Galaxy users can expect faster One UI 9 rollout compared to the One UI 8 update.
