Two weeks back, Samsung kicked off the testing of Android 17-based One UI 9 skin on its latest Galaxy S26 phones. Initially, the beta program was limited to Germany, Korea, the UK, and the USA. Now, the company has extended the availability of the anticipated One UI 9 beta to India. If you’re residing in India and waiting to join the One UI 9 beta program, you can do it right now.
Veteran Samsung analyst Tarun Vats has mentioned in a new post on X (formerly Twitter) that the update is seeding with the S948BXXU2ZZEQ build number. The update bumps up the monthly security patch version to June 2026. The first beta weighs a whopping 3.7GB in download size, so please ensure you have enough space on your device.
Apart from the first beta in India, Samsung rolled out the second beta of One UI 9 in Germany, Korea, and the UK. The update squashes a bunch of issues and enhances the overall experience. Here’s the complete list of changes coming with the second beta.
