Samsung is getting closer to completing the One UI 8.5 rollout, with the update now reaching some of its older entry-level devices. The Galaxy A15 4G has also started receiving the stable One UI 8.5 update in Korea and is expected to expand to other regions in the coming days. At the moment, there is no information regarding the rollout for the Galaxy A15 5G variant.
The One UI 8.5 update for the Galaxy A15 4G is rolling out with build version DZF1. Although One UI 8.5 is technically a mid-cycle update, it is a big release that brings a variety of improvements and new features. The OTA package is over 2GB in size, so it is recommended to download the update over WiFi.

As mentioned earlier, the One UI 8.5 update is currently rolling out for Galaxy A15 4G users in Korea. If you’re from a different region, you may have to wait a bit longer, as the rollout is happening in batches.
To check for the update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Since this is a major update, it’s recommended to back up important data before installing the update. Also, avoid installing the update if your device’s temperature is high to prevent any green line issues.
