Xiaomi rolls out Android 11 update for Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro

After successfully releasing the Android 11 update for Mi Note 10 Lite, now the vanilla Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro joins the club of phones running on Android 11. Yes, Mi Note 10 lineup is set to receive the Android 11 update in the next few days. Both phones were launched back in 2019 with Android Pie 9.0 OS, while the Android 10 update was released in May last year. Now, it receives yet another update, which is a huge Android 11 update. Mi Note 10 lineup gets its second major OS update in the form of Android 11 update with a list of new features, improvements, and security patch. The newer build on the Mi Note 10 is rolling out with 12.1.3.0.RFDEUXM software version. As it is a major release, it requires a chunk of data for downloading the update. For now, the OTA is available to the limited users in European region, a wider rollout will be expected in the coming days. Alongside the Android 11, the update also brings the February 2021 monthly security patch to the smartphone.

In terms of features, the Android 11 update on Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro knocks up withย features like Chat Bubble, new Power Menu, Internal Audio recording, Smart Reply, interactive Media controls, Improved Security, and a few more features.ย This build is based on MIUI 12, you can also access the basic features of MIUI 12 over the Android 11. Then you can manually update your device to the latest update by sideloading the recovery ROM. Here’s the download link.
