Samsung has long had three members in the flagship department. However, in the last few months of 2024, it was revealed that there will be a fourth member of the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. Labeled the Galaxy S25 Slim, this device will be for users who like a compact yet slim flagship.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim: When Does It Get Revealed?
With the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event scheduled for the 22nd of January, there are a lot of people wondering whether Samsung is going to reveal the new Galaxy S25 during this event. “Now, this is an expected question since the 2025 Galaxy unpacked teaser showcases the corners of four different phones.” So, is Samsung going to reveal the Galaxy S25 Slim now, or will it be revealed later on?
The Galaxy S25 Slim, as it is rumored to be known, comes with the model number SM-S937B. This particular model number was spotted in very few places like the model numbers for the other three Galaxy S25 models i.e., the base, plus, and ultra models. If we take a closer look at the models’ numbers, it can be seen that the rumored Galaxy S25 Slim sits right above the S25 Ultra.
- Galaxy S25: SM-931B
- Galaxy S25 Plus: SM-S936B
- Galaxy S25 Slim: SM-S937B
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: SM-S938B
Looking at the release date for the Galaxy S25 Slim, it looks like Samsung will probably just showcase a very small teaser for the device and then push it out for sale later. If the device exists, we could see Samsung pull a page from 2024’s Galaxy Unpacked event where Samsung showcased a smart ring and later made it available for purchase after the July 2024 Galaxy Unpacked event.
With the Galaxy S25 Slim’s existence, it would be interesting to see if this device will replace the Galaxy FE variant that Samsung always releases during the last four months of the year. Well, we can only wait until the Galaxy Unpacked event goes live on the 22nd of January 2025.

These are just specs that one can assume the Galaxy S25 Slim will come with. Nothing is concrete until Samsung officially reveals the device, which by the looks of things seems to be the second quarter of 2025.
