Good Lock is a standout feature that makes Samsung Galaxy phones a favorite for many Android users. However, the tool is available in limited regions. According to a recent announcement, Good Lock is going global with the upcoming One UI 7.0 update.

Good Lock is an advanced customization tool that offers many customization options, including features that typically require root access on other devices. If you have a Samsung phone and don’t like the stock UI, Good Lock offers the solution to tweak and personalize your UI to your liking. It has also inspired other brands to incorporate similar feature into their devices.

Good Lock features many apps such as ClockFace, QuickStar, LockStar, Edge lightning, Theme Park, and more. Each app offers advanced customization in select categories.

While Good Lock is powerful, it’s major drawback has been it’s limited availability in select countries. This means that not every Galaxy user could experience Good Lock and its modules. Yes, there are alternatives like Nice Lock. But now with Good Lock officially going global users no longer need to rely on workarounds.

Good Lock going global

A functions manager announced the news of Good Lock going global with One UI 7 update. The announcement also states that users will be able to download Good Lock from the Play Store. Currently, it is only available via the Galaxy Store or sideloading apk.

One UI 7 is currently in beta phase which already looks promising and with this news One UI 7 becomes even more interesting. I can’t wait to try One UI 7 but we can’t do anything except wait for the update.
