When it comes to timely software upgrades, Samsung is a name that needs no introduction, and the company is living up to that reputation with its newest custom skin, One UI 8.5. Now Samsung has started rolling out the latest software upgrade to three more Galaxy devices, the list includes the Galaxy M06, Galaxy A25, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024).
Samsung is seeding the latest software update to the Tab S6 Lite (2024) with the P625XXUACZE8 software version. Currently, the update is rolling out to the 4G / LTE variant of the tablet in parts of Europe, Thailand, and Vietnam. Talking about the Galaxy M06, it receives the update with M066BXXU6CZE6 firmware version, whereas the A25 picks up the latest update ending with A256EXXUCEZE6 build number.
Needless to say, the update is packed with a big list of changes and features, including the May 2026 security patch, which fixes 36 security issues. In terms of features, the One UI 8.5 update brings visual improvements, smoother animations, updated stock apps, and new and updated Galaxy AI features if your device is eligible.
Now, if you own the Galaxy A25, M06, or Tab S6 Lite (2024), you can update your device to the One UI 8.5. If you’ve not received the OTA notification yet, you can check for the One UI 8.5 update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Before installing the new update, always back up important data and ensure to install the update in a cool temperature.
If the One UI 8.5 update hasn’t arrived on your device, you’ll need to wait for its OTA update, as it is rolling out in batches.
