The upcoming Razr 70 and Razr 70 Ultra have featured in several leaks recently. Now, Motorola has officially confirmed the official launch date of the Razr 70 series.
Motorola’s new clamshell devices are set to launch later this month. The company confirmed the Razr 70 series launch date in a post on X. Both the Razr 70 and Razr 70 Ultra will debut on April 29, just before the end of the month. In the US, they are expected to be available as the Razr 2026 and Razr Ultra 2026.

There’s hardly any mystery left around the design and specifications of the Razr 70 series. Based on leaks and rumors, both the Razr 70 and Razr 70 Ultra are expected to carry over many features from last year’s models, with some generational upgrades.
The Razr 70 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, while the Razr 70 may feature the MediaTek chipset. Motorola Razr 70 Ultra will come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, although it’s still unclear whether a 12GB RAM variant will also be available.
The standard Razr 70 will now feature a 50MP telephoto camera instead of the 13MP ultrawide camera. The Ultra model will have a slightly larger battery capacity of around 5000mAh and will support fast wired charging up to 68W.
