Android 15, the latest Android version is now rolling out for a number of devices. While some brands have already started the Android 15 rollout, others are taking a bit longer. Lenovo is also one of the brands yet to begin the rollout. But Lenovo has updated the upgrade matrix that confirms device eligibility.
We won’t be discussing Motorola phones, as we have already shared its official list. Instead, we’ll focus on Lenovo-branded devices. As you may know, Lenovo no longer releases smartphones under its own brand and now focuses solely on tablets. Their last smartphone, the Legion smartphone, was released two years ago in limited regions.
Usually, Lenovo partners with Google to join the latest Android developer preview program. However they often take too much time releasing the stable build. The same is true with Android 15, its been two months since its release, but Lenovo has yet to release the stable update.
Android 15 compatible Lenovo Devices
Luckily, Lenovo has confirmed tablets set to receive Android 15 in the coming months. And from the official list, you can check whether your Lenovo Tablet will receive the Android 15. Remember that we cannot rule out other devices that are not on the list, and we should wait for the further confirmation.
According to the official table, these three phones are confirmed to get Android 15.
- Lenovo Tab K11 Plus (TB352FU, TB352XU)
- Lenovo Tab Plus (TB351FU)
- Lenovo Idea Tab Pro (TB373FU)
The Lenovo Tab Extreme is also going to get Android 15, as it was eligible for the developer preview program. Surprisingly the company has not added it to the list, maybe they will add it later.
We will update the list as Lenovo confirms other models for Android 15. As we think a couple of more Lenovo tablets may get the update, the possible devices have been added below.
- Lenovo Legion Tab
- Lenovo Tab P12
- Lenovo Tab M11
We don’t know the actual changes and features that Lenovo plans to include in the update for its devices. But you can expect most of the stock Android 15 features such as partial screen sharing, Persistent taskbar for large-screen devices, Health Connect, App pairs, and more.
