Jio, one of India’s leading telecom providers, has now geared up with a popular social media platform to give its users Snapchat+. Yes, you heard that right, you can now get Snapchat+ for free when you recharge your Jio number with one of the two new recharge plans that have just been introduced.
Jio has introduced these new plans to not only get new users to its network, but also to get customers who use Snapchat regularly onto its network. So, what are the new plans and the benefits? Let’s take a look.
Jio’s New Rs 111 and Rs 459 Plans with Snapchat+
Jio’s new recharge plans are only for prepaid users. The first Rs 111 plan is the cheapest data-only plan from the network provider. This plan gives you access to 28 days of data with a total validity of 6 GB for the duration of 28 days. With this plan, users will get the Youth Pack add-on, which provides users with 28 days of Snapchat+, along with 28 days of JioGames mobile subscription and 28 days of access to the popular streaming service, FanCode.
The second plan, i.e., the Rs 459 plan, is a standalone pack- meaning that you get talk time as well as data. This plan also has a validity of 29 days, but you get 2 GB of 5G data every day for 29 days. But with a plan, you get access to 28 days of Snapchat+ alongside a month’s subscription to the popular streaming service JioHotstar mobile.
Both plans are useful and perfect for those who use the internet on a moderate level, such as sending messages via messaging platforms or browsing through YouTube to see what’s new. One thing that you need to note is that to get access to Snapchat+ from these two plans, your Snapchat account should be registered with a Jio network number. The same goes for FanCode, JioGames mobile, and also for JioHotstar if you want to access the free benefits that come with the respective plan.
