Samsung is about to release the seventh iteration of One UI. It all started in 2018, the year Samsung decided to switch from TouchWiz to One UI. This was one of the best decisions Samsung made in the last decade.

These are the months and years when Samsung released its One UI updates. As you can see Samsung has been consistent with releasing new One UI versions in the last quarter since the first One UI. The release month shows the first appearance of the stable update in a new device or in an older device.
If you want to know about the beta timeline, they are usually released two months before the stable release. For example if One UI 5 released in October, the beta came out in August.
One UI 7, the next major One UI update has been delayed till next year.
