Here it is the second iOS 13.4.5 Beta and iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta. As we know, Apple usually releases its updates each week, mostly beta updates. But the second iOS 13.4.5 beta comes after one week gap. Last week we had seen a surprise move from Apple when the stable iOS 13.4.1 and iPadOS 13.4.1 came out. Apple had to release the public stable instead of beta to fix some major bugs to improve user experience. And again, from this week, Apple is back on track and releases the iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 & iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 2. You get to download IPSW & OTA file for both iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 and iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 2.
The iOS 13.4.1 came with only some bug fixes, no new features introduced, or added in the update. But a week before that, we got to try a new feature in iOS 13.4.5 Beta 1 that allows sharing songs from Apple Music to Instagram & Facebook stories. Like the iOS 13.4.1, the iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 is also an update for bug fixes and no new feature is added. The iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 & iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 is currently available for developers and might release for public beta as well. But the first Beta was only available for developers, so we can not really expect the second beta for the Public. 
The second iOS 13.4.5 beta and iPadOS 13.4.5 beta is not a big update, and it only weighs nearly 200MB depending on the device you have. Apple has also released watchOS 6.2.5 Beta 2 and tvOS 13.4.5 Beta 2. The software update page only shows that the update comes with few bug fixes and improvements. Also, yesterday the company reveals its affordable iPhone called iPhone SE (2020), and it is available only for $399.

If you are using the iOS 13.4.5 Beta 1 or iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 1, then you can directly update your device to the second beta from the Software update page. But if you are using the developer beta, then first you have to install the developer beta profile on your device. It is simple to add a developer beta profile. Go to the Apple iOS beta website and register with your developer account and then install the developer profile. Reboot your phone, and now you will get the latest developer iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 on iPhone and iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 on iPad.
Another way to install the beta without developer profile is to use an IPSW file or OTA file that we can install using iTunes or Finder. Below we have added iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 IPSW download links.

So if you want the latest iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2, then the first preference will be to install the beta profile. But if you don’t want to install the beta profile, then you might have to sideload the IPSW file or OTA file on your iPhone or iPad.
