Stable One UI 7 update rolls out to Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9 series

Samsung has finally started the official One UI 7 rollout for more devices, following a brief halt in the update process. After the Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6, the Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9 series have also started receiving the stable One UI 7 update.

As per the release schedule, the Tab S10 series was expected to get the stable One UI 7 in April, while the update for Tab S9 was scheduled for May in Korea. However, it seems that Samsung is finally accelerating the release process.

The official One UI 7 update for the Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9 series is currently live in South Korea. Samsung will roll it out to other regions soon.

The stable One UI 7 for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is released with software version X820XXU2BYD7/X820OXM2BYD7, while the update for the Tab S9 goes live with software version X716NKOUSCYD9/X716NKOO5CYD9/X716NKOU5CYD9.

The major update for both models is quite large at around 5GB, so make sure to download the update using WiFi.

The official changelog is currently not available to us, but you can expect most of the One UI 7 goodies on your Galaxy Tablet. Some new One UI 7 features include more advanced customizations, new UI, revamped app icons, new fonts, the all-new Now Bar, new AI features, improved lock screen customization, new privacy features, and more. You can check out the dedicated official One UI 7 changelog article for more details.

Itโ€™s not confirmed whether the stable One UI 7 update for the Tab S10 Plus and Tab S9 models is live for beta users or everyone. It may take a few days or even weeks for the complete rollout.

If you have an eligible tablet, you can check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Try refreshing the software update page multiple times to force the update. It works sometimes for some users, but if it doesnโ€™t, youโ€™ll need to wait for the update to be available.
