Samsung started the year with its biggest launch, the Galaxy S25 series, and is now planning to release budget-friendly phones in the coming weeks or months. Two popular Galaxy A series devices, the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56, are also expected to be launched soon.
Following the Galaxy A56, render leaks of the Galaxy A36 in all four colors have also surfaced. The new set of Galaxy A36 renders come from the same reliable source, Evan Blass, who is known for accurate leaks.
All four Galaxy A36 renders are animated GIFs or moving pictures, showcasing the device from all angles except the top and bottom. Fortunately, all the renders are of high quality highlighting all the details clearly.
As per the renders, the Galaxy A36 5G will be available in four colors: black, olive, purple, and white. These colors are quite similar to those of the Galaxy A56, so it’s possible that the color names will also be the same. Not just the colors, but the designs of both devices are also quite similar.
The Galaxy A36 features a flat display with wide bezels and a punch hole camera positioned at the top. The bezels do downgrade the design of the device, but considering it’s a budget phone, this was expected.
On the right side, the Volume buttons and Power button are positioned slightly higher in frame, which will make the device easier to hold and locate the buttons without having to look at the phone. The material quality of the side frame makes the device look premium.
At the back, there are three cameras positioned vertically in a single camera island, while the LED flash is located outside the island. The back panel looks shiny and changes slightly in color depending on the angle from which it is viewed.
The leaked renders of the Galaxy A36 reveal its design and colors. However, if you’re interested in its specifications, here are all the rumored and leaked details so far.
The Galaxy A35’s successor will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, matching the Galaxy A56. As you can see in the renders, the device will have three rear cameras, and according to previous rumors, the main camera will be 50MP, while on the front, it will have a 12MP selfie shooter.
The Galaxy A36, will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, according to the Geekbench listing. It will come preloaded with Android 15-based One UI 7.
The phone will boast a big 5000mAh battery, while the charging speed remains uncertain, as two certifications indicate different charging speed. However, it is expected to either be 25W or 45W.
