RoadCraft – Developer and Publisher

RoadCraft is being developed by Saber Interactive, the very same team that has released great games such as SnowRunner, MudRunner, Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Crysis 2 Remastered just to name a few. The publisher for RoadCraft is Focus Entertainment who also have a good number of games under their belt such as Expeditions: A Mudrunner game, My Time at Sandrock, A Plague Tale: Requiem, and My Time At Portia just to name a few.

RoadCraft Trailer and Gameplay

The gameplay is everything that you would expect from a Mudrunner or Showrunner game. You are given vehicles that you need to operate as though it is real life. From starting the vehicle to shifting gears and making all other adjustments, RoadCraft has it all. However, with RoadCraft, the story goes along the lines of you being a disaster recovery company that is tasked to help clear the rubbish from the natural aftermath that has caused havoc in the city.

RoadCraft gameplay

You are tasked with rebuilding the city, repairing various roads, fixing up buildings, and ensuring that you have enough resources available for you to help rebuild the torn city. All the objects including your trucks and heavy machinery come with real-life physics, so you will have to handle them as you would in the real world.

Now, let’s talk about the machines. You will have to unlock over 40 types of machinery that will help you with your task of rebuilding the city. The game has a story driver campaign which will help you to progress and unlock machines as you go.
