So, these are the main AI features available on the Pixel 9a from the start. If you compare it with Pixel 9 series, it lacks a few AI features. Notably, the Pixel 9a lacks two significant AI features from the Pixel 9 series: Pixel Screenshots and Call Notes. This is because of the limited 8GB RAM on the phone.
With upcoming updates, the phone will receive even more AI features. Yes, hardware limitations may obstruct the use of powerful AI capabilities, but most features should be available without any issues.
