OnePlus pushes OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 11 to OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro receives yet another open beta build. The latest beta patch is the eleventh beta build for the OnePlus 8 series phones. Last month’s open beta build aka the OxygenOS open beta 10 bring BitMoji AOD. Starting with the eleventh beta users can take screenshots in AOD mode. Apart from that, the company has bumped up the monthly security patch from May 2021 to June 2021.

Talking about the improvements, then as per the changelog this build is going to improve the power consumption and extend battery life. The update also improves UI visual effect of the OnePlus Share app’s sharing page.

Other than that, the update improves audio experience while connected to OnePlus Buds or Watch. OnePlus also addresses the Wi-Fi failure issue. The latest beta patch carries OnePlus8Pro_O2_Beta_11 version number and measures around 3.22GB of download size. OnePlus 8 Pro OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 11 Update

OnePlus 8 series users can now upgrade their smartphone to the Open Beta 11. If you’ve opted the open beta program and facing any of the afore-mentioned issues then you can update your smartphone to the latest update. Before updating your phone to the newer software, make sure to charge it to at least 30%, alsoย take a complete backupย of data.

To update your device from open beta to second open beta, you can head over toย Settings > System > System Updates.ย It will search for the update and display the latest update. Click onย Download & Installย to begin the process.

If your OnePlus 8 or 8 Pro is running on stable version then first you need to join the open beta program then you can update your smartphone to the latest beta.
