We are frequently getting hints that Samsung is speeding up work on One UI 7, the Android 15-based custom UI for Galaxy phones. Over the past few months, several leaks about One UI 7 have emerged, revealing what to expect from Samsung’s next major update.
Samsung has already announced that the stable One UI 7 will be released in 2025. However One UI 7 public beta testing has not started yet. This is why we’re still relying on leaks to learn what the new major update will bring to Galaxy phones.
Thanks to the latest leak, we now have early look at some of the One UI 7 stock apps UI. A X (formerly Twitter) user has shared a bunch of screenshots showing some changes to stock apps including Calendar, Voice Recorder, Reminder, and Calculator. The leak also shows updated app icons.
Source Gerwin van Giessen has also uploaded these updated apps to apkmirror. So if you have a Galaxy phone, you can now test these app by manually installing their apk. To install the unreleased version of the app, download the apk and open it. It may ask for installation from unknown source, so make sure to allow it. You can then install all the apps with their apk.
If you want to take a look at the app UI changes, here are the screenshots of the updated apps.
