Earlier this week, iQOO commenced teasing its upcoming T-series device, the iQOO 15T, sharing two design images via the Chinese social media platform Weibo. Now, well-known leaker Digital Chat Station has shared the full spec sheet of the upcoming smartphone.

As per the details shared by the leaker, the iQOO 15T will come with a 6.83-inch QHD+ OLED display, which is a flat screen. In terms of power, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and will be available in five different RAM and storage configurations. The phone will be available in 12/256GB, 12/512GB, 16/256GB, 16/512GB, and 16GB/1TB options.

For photography, the iQOO 15T will feature a dual-lens camera setup on its back with a 200MP main camera and a 50MP secondary camera. For selfies, the phone will feature a 16MP selfie camera on the front. iQOO 15T is expected to pack a battery of at least 8,000mAh, and it will support 100W fast charging.

As per the latest leak, the phone will come in three color options and have a metal frame. iQOO 15T dons an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and full water resistance. iQOO is yet to confirm the launch date of the smartphone, but we can expect it to go official by the end of this month or early next month.
