Apple has released the first update to the public since the iOS 18 release in Mid September. This is a small update which focuses on the bug fixes found on iOS 18. The iOS 18.0.1 is available to iPhone users who are not on newer beta builds.
With the release of iOS 18.0.1, Apple has continued the traditional release of minor bug fix updates, although a little late. As mentioned above, you won’t get this update if you already have the iOS 18.1 beta installed.

Along with the iOS 18.0.1 update, Apple has also released iPadOS 18.0.1, watchOS 11.0.1, macOS 15.0.1, and visionOS 2.0.1. The update comes with build number 22A3370 and weighs around 300MB or 400MB depending on your device.
