Every Apple Intelligence feature in iOS 18.1 Beta 1

Apple has already begun beta testing for iOS 18.1. With the first iOS 18 beta, the company finally adds Apple Intelligence features to iPhone, which we first saw at the WWDC event. Not every Apple Intelligence feature is available in the first beta. Here you will find all the Apple Intelligence features from the first iOS 18.1 Beta.

Since iOS 18.1 beta is out, you may think that iOS 18 must be available to the public. But that’s not the case, iOS 18 is still in the testing phase and will release to the public in September. We usually don’t see the beta update to higher versions until the current version is released to the public. So it’s unusual for the iOS 18.1 beta to appear before the iOS 18 public release.

The main reason we can think of for this move by Apple is that the company needs a lot of time to test Apple Intelligence. iOS 18.1 is expected to be released in October, so the company will not have enough time after the iOS 18 public release.

Reduce Interruptions mode is now AI powered, which only allows notifications that may require immediate action or seem important. So this could be a good mode to replace DND, if you don’t want to miss out on important notifications.
