Apple releases iOS 14.3 Beta 3 and iPadOS 14.3 Beta 3 with Multiple Bug Fixes

The third iOS 14.3 and iPadOS 14.3 beta is out for iPhones and iPads respectively. Everyone was expecting the release of the third beta last week but Apple didn’t release any update on that week. But finally today Apple has released the third beta for supported iPhones and iPads. It comes with multiple bug fixes to perfect the update as they are near to release the stable build to the public. And so Apple wants to make sure users get fixes before that.

The first major change on the update is the updated modem firmware. Yes, the latest update comes with a new modem update. It means if you had any connectivity issue in the previous update then expect to be fixed in Beta 3.

The ProRAW mode is available on the Supported phones. This feature was introduced in the last beta and you can also find it on iOS 14.3. This feature will work on iPhone 12 Pro models.

There are no new features but you will see a major improvement and bug fixes. The update comes in small size and it is obvious that we are only getting bug fixes in this update.

But in case you haven’t installed the beta profile and you are using the stable build. Then you need to first install the beta profile if you want iOS 14.3 beta 3 update or iPadOS 14.3 beta 3 update. You can also install beta updates through iTunes or Finder. But the easiest method is to install beta profiles on the device.

  1. Go to the Apple Beta Software program site.
  2. Then scroll down a bit and click on Sign in if you have Apple ID.
  3. On the next page, select the correct OS for your devices like iOS 14 or iPadOS 14.
  4. Scroll down till Getting Started and click on Enroll your iOS device.
  5. Now you need to install a profile from the next Page. For this, click on the Download Profile.
  6. After installing the Profile, reboot your device. And you are ready to install iOS 14.3 Beta 3 on your iPhone.

After installing the beta profile, you can go to Settings > Software Update to install the latest update on your iPhone or iPad.
