WhatsApp is constantly working on introducing new features. Following the additions of some cool new features, WhatsApp is now working on this cool feature that will allow allow users to use multiple accounts within the WhatsApp app.

The well-known WhatsApp feature reporting website, WABetainfo, has spotted the new feature in the latest WhatsApp beta 25.2.10.70 for iOS. This feature allows users to add and manage multiple accounts within the WhatsApp app without using WhatsApp Business or Dual apps.

In 2023, the same feature was spotted on WhatsApp beta for Android. Now WhatsApp has started testing the same feature for iOS devices. Although the feature has now been discovered, it is not yet available to beta testers, but it will be rolled out to users in the future.

Currently we can use the same WhatsApp account on multiple devices by scanning a QR code. However, using multiple accounts on the same device requires additional steps, like pairing with WhatsApp Business to manage two different numbers or accounts. You can also use dual app functions, but this feature is not available on all devices. Therefore, the ability to manage multiple accounts within a single app would resolve numerous issues.

Users will have the option to set up the device as primary account or scan a QR code to link the new account as a companion. After adding the account, you can easily switch between the accounts at any time. This will keep all your data organized in one app.

Once the feature is available to the public, you wonโ€™t need to use WhatsApp Business application, if your account not intended for business purposes.

As of now, there is no information on how many accounts you can manage within the app. But since most users only have two phone numbers, even two accounts support would be beneficial for the majority of users.
