OnePlus has started recruiting closed beta testers for its next skin OxygenOS 15. For the time being, the beta testing program goes live for OnePlus 12 users in India. Obviously, the company’s newest skin is based on Android 15 operating system.

OnePlus has officially shared the details on its community forum with some pre-requisites, including an active member of the OnePlus Community, OnePlus 12 owner with the latest software running on it, reporting issues and providing suggestions through the Feedback app and Telegram group, and users are not allowed to share any information of the new screen on any other platforms.

The closed beta program is limited to only 200 testers, with the application period running from August 23 to August 25. If youโ€™re eager to try out the companyโ€™s next skin, be sure to act quickly. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure your device is running on any of these builds CPH2573_14.0.0.840(EX01) or CPH2573_14.0.0.830(EX01).

If you want to take part in the beta program, you can navigate to this link shared by the company and fill in the required details. If your application got selected, you can head over to Go to Settings > About device > Tap Up to date > Tap the icon in the top right corner > Select Beta program and follow the steps to apply.

Keep in mind that closed beta program builds are not suitable for daily use, so I recommend you not installing the update on your primary device, if you still want to try it out, then make sure to take a backup of important data.
