As the Android 15 season is live, more devices are receiving either stable or beta updates. Two OnePlus devices have now joined the Android 15 based OxygenOS 15 beta list. OxygenOS 15 closed beta program is now open for the OnePlus Nord CE4 and Nord CE4 Lite.
Since this is a closed beta program, there are certain limitations such as the beta program for Nord CE4 Lite is only available for testers in India, limited time to apply and limited seats are available. Closed beta for Nord CE4 is available globally.
Those who own a OnePlus Nord CE4 or Nord CE4 Lite (IN) and want to be part of Android 15 beta testing can now opt for the closed beta directly from device. Let’s first check out the notes and requirements.

How to Join:
If your device meet the requirements, and you want to opt for beta, you can follow these simple steps.
- Open Settings on your phone and go to About Device. Make sure your phone has an active internet.
- Tap on Up to Date.
- At the top right corner you will see gear icon, tap on it.
- Next select Beta Program, and enter the require details. Finally submit the application.
As usual, OnePlus will review the application, and first 2000 eligible applicants will start receiving the closed beta update post approval. Once the update is available, you can download it from Settings > About Device.
Closed beta updates usually don’t include all the changes and features. But you will still get many new features to test and report. More features and updates will be added with smaller updates. You can expect to try OxygenOS 15 features that OnePlus announced recently.
This is the closed beta which means there could be some bugs including major ones, so if you are a standard user, avoid it. But if you want to test OxygenOS 15 before the stable release, you can opt for open beta which should be available in one or two months.
As the company has kicked off the closed beta program, users can expect the stable version early next year on these phones.
