As per the details shared by the Edge 50 user, Vanshi Telugu Shorts on Telegram, the update is rolling out with W1UW36H.69 build number. As it is a major upgrade, it weighs approx. 1.84GB in download size. Please ensure you have enough storage on your device. The latest beta carries the October 2025 monthly security patch alongside a bunch of new features and changes.

If you reside in Brazil, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and India, you can now update your Moto Edge 50 to Android 16 beta. You need to take a part in Motorola’s MFN beta testing program to get the beta through a special OTA update.
Talking about other features and changes, we can expect support for Android 16 features like Live updates, Desktop Window, Group notifications, New Emojis, Embedded Photo Picker, APV codec support, Predictive Back upgrades, HDR screenshots, Advanced Protection Mode, and more.
