Exclusive – Motorola Edge 70 renders show off two vibrant shades

Summarize This Article:

Motorola is set to launch the next generation of Edge series phones soon. We’ve already seen a banner image shared by known leakster, Evan Blass, and more recently, Motorola’s China unit teased an upcoming device called the Moto X70 Air. According to our findings, this phone will likely launch globally as the Edge 70.

Today at YTECHB, we’ve managed to get our hands on high-quality renders of the upcoming Motorola Edge 70 in two eye-catching colors. The forthcoming smartphone will feature a slimmer profile, and interestingly, both the camera rings and the Moto AI key will sport color-accented finishes.

Motorola continues its partnership with Pantone for the next generation of Edge series phones. The Moto Edge 70 will launch in Pantone Lily Pad and Pantone Gadget Gray hues. However, these aren’t the only color options available – the phone will also come in Pantone Bronze Green, with additional color variants expected.

While the previous generation Edge 60 series phones have rounded corners and a curved display, the upcoming Edge 70’s renders reveal flat sides and a flat screen. The front will feature a punch-hole camera and a triple rear camera module, and this time, the camera rings have a color-accented finish.

Moving to the sides, the first thing you will notice is the slimmer profile of the smartphone, then you get the power button and volume rockers on the right side, while the Moto AI key sits on the left side of the device with a color-accent finish. The bottom side of the device has a SIM card slot, USB Type-C port, and speaker grills; whereas, the top side features the Dolby Atmos branding and antenna.

The Edge 70 will have a 50MP camera sensor with a 120-degree FOV, OIS, and 2.0 micron-pixel size. As Motorola has already released the Android 16 update for Moto Edge 60 Pro and Edge 50 Fusion, we can expect that the Moto Edge 70 will run on Android 16 out-of-the-box.
