Aside from the main sensor, it also features 12MP telephoto camera sensor, 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 0.3MP TOF 3D camera sensor. On the front, the device dawns an 8MP sensor of f/2.0 aperture and 1.12-micron pixel size.
Sony Xperia 1 III goes official in 12GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage onboard, which can be expanded using microSD card. The smartphone comes with a Frosted Black, Frosted Gray, and Frosted Purple color options.
