Samsung Galaxy A57 – Quick Overview

The Galaxy A57 is one of the most premium-looking phones in its segment, thanks to the 6.9mm thickness, which makes it slimmer than the flagship Galaxy S26. Under the hood, the Galaxy A57 is powered by the Exynos 1680 chipset and 8GB / 12GB RAM. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate support, and up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The phone comes with Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both the front and back.

Samsung Galaxy A57 is the company’s first mid-range device to launch with One UI 8.5 out of the box, following the Galaxy S26 series. It supports a host of Galaxy AI features. Additionally, the phone comes with 6 years of software updates support. The phone comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy A57 boasts a 5,000mAh battery and support 45W fast charging.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy A57 is paired with a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, improved Nightography, 1.0-micron pixel size, and OIS support. Other than that, there’s a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5MP macro camera. For selfies, the Galaxy A57 features a 12MP snapper with an f/2.2 aperture. For starters, the Galaxy A57 starts from $550 (US), €530 (EU), and Rs. 56,999 (India).
