Android 15 based One UI 7.0 update for Galaxy A33 rolling out now

Samsung has started rolling out the stable Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update for Galaxy A33. At the time of writing, the rollout is live in Latin America, with a broader rollout to commence soon.

Samsung Galaxy A33 is receiving the One UI 7.0 stable update with A336MUBUDFYE3 software version. The phone was originally launched in 2022 with the Android 12 operating system, now receiving its third major OS upgrade.

Similar to the previous upgrades, the update requires a large chunk of data to download. You can connect your device to a WiFi network to quickly download the update.

One UI 7.0 is a huge upgrade that packs features like an all-new home screen user interface, starting with the app icons, quick panel, font, new One UI widgets, and more.

Additionally, you will gain access to the all-new Now Bar, which shows live activities such as Interpreter, Music, Recording, Stopwatch, and more. You can check out the complete list of changes here.

If you own a Galaxy A33 and reside in Latin America, your phone will soon receive the One UI 7 update over the air unless youโ€™ve already received it. As I mentioned previously, it will also be available in other regions in a matter of time.

If you want to check for software updates, navigate to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

Before installing the update, make sure to take a backup of all important data and charge your phone to at least 50%.
