  1. Download and Install Smart Switch on your PC. Also, install the app on your Galaxy phone from the Play Store or Galaxy Store.
  2. Connect your Phone to your PC. Make sure the phone is unlocked.
  3. Open the program on your PC and it will show two options. Click on the backup option.
