When it comes to game announcements and reveals, the Xbox and Bethesda showcase has always been one of the most highly anticipated events. This is because it provides a glimpse of numerous new releases and updates coming to existing games. This year, we were treated to an intriguing lineup of game announcements, including titles set for release both this year and in 2024. 1. Fable

Yes, a new Fable game is already in the works and has just been officially announced. This time, however, Fable is being developed by Playground Games, the same studio behind the very popular Forza Horizon games. We got to see a very small teaser for the upcoming Fable game that features British comedian Richard Ayoade. Nothing much was revealed about the game. We are yet to see a release date for the upcoming Fable reboot game.

2. South Of Midnight

3. Star Wars Outlaws

4. Persona 3 Reload

Persona franchise fans will love this one. Atlus is going about remaking Persona 3. Persona 3 will be getting a complete overhaul in terms of graphics as well as a new menu interface,  combats, and other daily exploration scenes. The trailer doesn’t show much but it has been confirmed that portable and  FES content has been excluded from the remake.

5. Persona 5 Tactica

Another Persona game, but this one is going to be a spinoff to the original Persona 5 game released in 2016. This spin-off shows the characters in a new art style. We also get to see the character Joker who has to choose between using a skill or using a weapon. There will be a ton of battles, including a triple-threat all-out attack.

6. Avowed

This is a new action RPG game that was first announced in 2021. In this gameplay trailer, we get to see Living Lands of Erca and how the weather changes over time. We also see a small glimpse of Kai, a companion in the game. You will be able to make use of different weapons as well as powers to take out your enemies as you fight them in first-person view.

7. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2

The game is being developed using unreal engine 5, so you can expect great graphics and game physics on your Xbox console.

8. Forza Motorsport

9. Starfield

Starfield was set to reveal a lot more information at the Xbox and Bethesda showcase. We now get to see how you can easily fast-travel to other planets, build the spaceship of your own choice, prepare food in-game, as well as battling against your enemies. The game’s graphics look marvelous and to celebrate the new game, we also got to see a brand new Starfield-themed Xbox wireless controller and headphones.

We also get to see Idris Elba star in the story expansion of the game.

11. Clockwork Revolution

Clockwork Revolution is a brand new retro-futuristic action game where you are tasked with taking out all the enemies by making use of various weapons. 13. Payday 3

14. Sea Of Thieves: The Legend Of Monkey Island

You will be able to play this new update either solo or with a crew.

15. Flight Simulator 2024

Until now, we got to see the best Flight Simulator game that was released by Microsoft in 2020. However, things are now about to change and we are getting a brand new Flight Simulator game. Yes, next year, you will not only be able to fly your favorite planes but, you will also be able to do various tasks such as aerial firefighting, search and rescue missions, helicopter cargo transport, air ambulance services, agricultural aviation, mountain rescues, skydiving aviation, ariel construction, industrial cargo transportation, remote cargo operations, VIP charter services, air racing, glider pilots, scientific research, low altitude training, executive transport service, airship tour and hot air balloon trips. With so many new things to do in Flight Simulator 2024, this is going to be one of the best games of the year.

16. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 – Dune Expansion

17. Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth

This is a new game in the Like A Dragon franchise. The trailer shows Ichiban on a beach completely unaware of where he is. He tries to go around, but the only thing that people around him do is scream, laugh, and point at him, while he only realized later that he is completely naked on a public beach. More information is yet to be revealed for the new game, and we hope to see it in the coming months.

18. Overwatch 2: Invasion

Ever since it was released in 2022, Overwatch 2 hasn’t had any story missions for the players. However, with the game soon reaching its one-year anniversary, the developers haven’t brought in the PVE mode – a game made that a lot of players have been asking for and looking forward to for a very long time.

19. Jusant

Here’s an action puzzle climbing game that you will be able to play if you like relaxing games. You get to explore different places by climbing through various hills. 20. Still Wakes The Deep

Here is a horror game that will be released in 2024. You are an oil rig worker on an offshore rig. You have to fight the vicious storm and survive. With no means to communicate for help or a route to escape from the storm, your job is to survive and also look for your crew members who have been injured by the storm. You have to keep surviving so that you have some hope that one day you will be reduced and be reunited with your family.

21. Dungeons Of Hinterberg

22. Cities: Skylines II

23. Metaphor: ReFantazio

24. Towerborne

You have to do everything it takes to protect the civilization from getting extinct.

25. Fallout 76 – Answer the Call of Vault 76 Update

Fallout 76 gets a new update where you and your crew are in Atlantic City. You get to uncover relics from past wars, fight on with enemies, make new friends, explore new regions, and also turn wasteland into a land that can be used to make a living. While it’s not a whole new Fallout game that players have been looking forward to, we can hope that this new update makes it worthwhile for the players out there.

26. Konitsu Gami: Path of the Goddess

Do you love Japanese mythology? Check out Cap com’s new action exploration world where you have creepy-looking monsters that you have to fight off. The game is made using Resident Evil’s game engine. While there isn’t much information as of now, you can expect all these details to be revealed during the Xbox Extended Game Show event.
