Realme is expected to launch the successor to the Realme 15T, the Realme 16T, in the coming weeks or months. For context, its predecessor was launched in September last year. While there’s still some time before the official launch, the Realme 16T has already been spotted on Geekbench, revealing a few key specifications.
The Realme 16T is expected to carry the model number RMX5268, and this same model recently appeared in a Geekbench listing dated April 30. According to the listing, the device scored 784 in single-core and 2007 in multi-core.
The report indicates that the Realme 16T will be powered by the MediaTek MT6835 octa-core processor, which is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. This processor comes with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for handling graphic-related tasks.


The Geekbench report suggests that the Realme 16T will be available in 8GB RAM option. There may be additional RAM options available as well. Abhishek Yadav revealed the Realme 16T variants in March, which include configurations with 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. According to the tipster, the device will be available in three color options: Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and Aurora Green.
The Realme 16T will come pre-installed with Android 16 OS and Realme UI 7. These are the details that are currently available about the Realme 16T.
