If you are a new YTECHB reader and not familiar with the PhoneWalls app, give it a try. If you like wallpapers, you will love it.

Smartphone brands are actively releasing new devices almost every week, giving us tons of new stock wallpapers every month. As a result, the Phonewalls wallpaper library is also growing. There are now more than 4,400 wallpapers to choose from to give your phone a fresh home screen and lock screen.

Phonewalls app update v2.5.1

As some of you requested, the PhoneWalls app icon is now compatible with Adaptive or Dynamic theming. This means the app icon will adapt to your wallpaper color if you select a palette for apps. The apps already had Material You support, and it’s improved even further for a better experience. You can switch the Material You theme in the app settings.

As the app already looks good, we didn’t tinker with the interface since most users prefer a simple interface. The simple nature of the app also helps us achieve faster loading times, as long as users have a good internet connection. Also, the app is less than 3MB and doesn’t take up much space.

Note: When you browse wallpapers in the app, thumbnails are saved in the cache for faster loading. And this could take up more space on your phone with time. So when you want to free up some space, you can clear the app cache.

Like before, the app remains Ad-Free so you can get new wallpapers of your choice without interruptions. If you want to help us, there is an option to donate that you can find in the app menu.
