Oppo already released the stable ColorOS 15 update for the premium Find X-series devices, recent tablets, Reno, and F-series phones. Now the company has started rolling out the Android 15-centric ColorOS 15 update for Oppo A80 and Oppo A60. The new software upgrade goes live with a flurry of new features and changes.
As always, the company has officially shared this news on its community forum. The update is rolling out in a staged manner, with a broader rollout should commence in the coming days. Please ensure that your smartphone is running on the latest available software version or following builds:
- Oppo A60: CPH2683_14.0.1.1106(EX01) | CPH2683_14.0.1.1105(EX01)
- Oppo A80: CPH2639_14.0.1.1000(EX01) | CPH2639_14.0.1.1201(EX01)
If you reside in the EU region and own the Oppo A80, you can finally upgrade your device to stable ColorOS 15. Whereas, the update for A60 is live for users in Saudi Arabia.
Oppo’s latest skin, ColorOS 15 brings a slew of new features including new animations, app icons, themes, lock screen customization, AI features, and more. You can navigate to our dedicated article on ColorOS 15.
To apply for the ColorOS 15 official version, you can navigate to Go to Settings > About Device > Tap the top of the page > Tap the icon in the top right corner > Select Trial version > Official Version > Apply Now.
Once done, you will receive the update go back and select Detect the update option > Download now. That’s it.
Make sure to take a backup before installing the update on your device.
