Last month, Google kick-started the development of Android 17 with the first beta release for testing purposes. The update is set to bring a range of improvements and new features to Android devices, including Material 3 Expressive enhancements, Live Notification updates, a redesigned desktop mode, and more. Later, Google released the Android 17 second beta with additional changes and improvements.
We already know which Pixel devices are eligible to receive the Android 17 update. But what about other OEMs? While most manufacturers haven’t confirmed their update plans yet, it has been confirmed which OnePlus devices will receive the update.
Having wrapped up the Android 16-based OxygenOS 16 rollout last month, OnePlus has very likely already shifted its focus to Android 17. The update is expected to feature a slew of new features, enhancements, and fixes. Though little is known about what OxygenOS 17 will bring, we have compiled a list of OnePlus phones likely to be eligible for the update.
