Step 1: Make sure Google Home is installed on your Samsung phone. You can directly install it from the Play Store.

Step 2: Now connect your Smart devices with the Google Home app through your phone.

Step 3: Swipe down to access quick settings on your phone. Then tap on the Devices button right next to the Media button.

Step 4: In the Devices section you will find SmartThings toggle by default.

Step 5: Now tap on SmartThings drop down menu and select the Home option.

Step 6: It will now list all the connected Smart home devices in the Home toggle.

You can now use toggles to control your devices such as Smart Lights, Soundbars, Air Purifiers, Plugs, and more. To control smart devices, you can tap on any of the available toggles, and then you can scroll the slider to increase/decrease brightness, volumes, and more. It also allows changing light colors directly from those toggles.

To access smart controls immediately, it also has the option to use these toggles without unlocking your device. This is one of the impressive parts of this feature that saves user’s time. To enable these settings, click on three dots which are on the right side under Devices. Then go to Settings and enable ‘Use while the phone is locked‘.
