Google has rolled out the first Pixel Camera update of 2026, which comes in at version 10.3. Despite the version bump, the update brings only one notable user-facing change.
According to a report from 9to5Google, the sole visible change involves the renaming of “Pro Res Zoom” to “Pro Zoom” on the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL. Users can see the new change on the Settings > Model download page, the Camera Help page, and the Processing prompts.

The latest Pixel Camera update is available for Pixel 10a and other compatible devices. You can install the v10.3 update via the Google Play Store.

If you’re unable to install the latest version of Google Camera via APK, wait a few days.
If you don’t want to install the Pixel Camera 10.2 manually, keep an eye out for its update in the Play Store. Once it’s available, you can conveniently update the camera app directly from here.
As for the latest Pixel Camera changelog, it’s not available yet. However, considering it’s a minor incremental update, it’s expected to introduce only two to three new features.
