Redmi Buds 8 Active
The leaked images reveal that the outer part of the Redmi Buds 8 Active case appears to have the same design as the Redmi Buds 8 Lite case. However, the buds themselves have a different design. They feature an open fit design, unlike the in-ear silicon tip style of the Buds 8 Lite. Notably, the stem of the Buds 8 Active is the same as the Buds 8 Lite.
The Redmi Buds 8 Active will be available in the same three colors as the Buds 8 Lite: Blue, Black, and White.

Now let’s talk about the Redmi Buds 8 Active features. It boasts a 14.2mm large dynamic driver with a titanium diaphragm, new AAC high-quality coding, dual-mic AI noise reduction for calls, up to 6m/s wind noise cancellation, and support for Google Fast Pair, dual device connection, and Xiaomi earbuds app.
In terms of specifications, the Redmi Buds 8 Active comes with a 37mAh battery (475mAh for the case), Bluetooth 5.4, and a Type-C port. Charging the buds takes around 1 hour, while the case takes around 2.5 hours. On a single charge, the buds provide about 7 hours of playback, and with the charging case, the total playtime extends to around 37 hours.

As mentioned earlier, the Redmi Buds 8 Active will be priced lower than the Buds 8 Lite. Specifically, the Redmi Buds 8 Active will cost €19.99. It may vary by region.
