Exclusive First Look at Motorola’s Upcoming Moto G17 (Renders)

Summarize This Article:

After the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion renders, we are back with the renders of the upcoming Moto G17. These renders provide the proper view of the upcoming upper entry-level phone, which is expected to be launched soon.

The Motorola Moto G17 renders are available in three colors: Evening Blue, Alaskan Blue, and soft mauve (its color name could be different). However, there could be more colors. Currently, there is limited information available about the device, including 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and a guide page that was published recently. The 8GB RAM is expected to be the higher variant, which means we can expect 4GB and 6GB variant as well.

Moto G17 measures 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.17 mm in dimensions. As an entry-level device, it features thick bezels and lacks symmetry. The design of the device is almost similar to its predecessor Moto G15. This means Moto G17’s display could also measure 6.72-inch.

Now let’s take a look at the upcoming Moto G17 design and colors.

From the renders, it’s evident that Motorola is going with its same signature design for the Moto G17. There are now so many Motorola devices with the same design, making it difficult to guess the phone without close inspection. It’s high time Motorola invests in design and maintains different designs across different budget segments.

One thing I can admit is that Motorola devices feature some amazing color options, better than many other devices from its competitors.

With the official guide page live for the Moto G17, Motorola indirectly confirmed the device will be launched soon. However, there’s no concrete information about its launch date yet. In terms of price, Sudhanshu Ambhore, a known leakster, shared that the 8/256GB variant of the device might cost €289.
