In the camera department, both phones have a 50MP primary camera sensor and a 2MP macro camera. The third sensor on the 4G variant is a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, whereas, the 5G model is paired with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, the duo has a 13MP snapper. Samsung launches the A14 5G in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options alongside the 64GB and 128GB memory options. The duo runs on Android 13 based One UI 5.1 OS.
