Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 will be available from mid-May and starts at $199 (approximately Rs 15,100). Redmi Note 9 houses the MediaTek Helio G85 GoC and runs on MIUI 11 based Android 10, which will get MIUI 12 in the future. The smartphone is billing in 3GB and 4GB RAM options alongside the 64GB and 128GB storage onboard.

Talking about the camera, then the smartphone knocks up the market with a quadruple-camera setup. Redmi Note 9 bears a 48MP primary camera sensor (which is a Samsung GM1 sensor), which has an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, HDR, and more. It also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the smartphone has a 13MP punch-hole selfie shooter placed at the top left corner.

Redmi Note 9 boasts a 5,020mAh battery and sports 18W fast charging. The smartphone is available in Forest Green, Polar White, and Midnight Grey color options.
