Oppo has released the official roadmap for the Android 12 based ColorOS 12 update for the month of July. ColorOS 12 is currently the latest custom OS for Oppo phones that was released last year. And since the release of ColorOS 12, Oppo has updated most of the eligible phones to the latest version.
Now that we have entered a new month, it’s time for the remaining eligible OPPO phones to get the latest update. So if you are still waiting for the ColorOS 12 update for your phone, check out the ColorOS 12 roadmap for the month of July.
In the first week of every month, Oppo releases an official roadmap that includes Oppo phones that are scheduled to receive the ColorOS 12 update that month either in the stable channel or the beta channel. And following the pattern, Oppo has now released the ColorOS 12 roadmap for July 2022.
If you have been waiting for the Android 12 update for your Oppo phone, then you can check the list to find out if your phone will be getting this month or if you will have to wait further. One thing to note is that last month Oppo released updates even for phones that were not in Roadmap, so even if your phone is not on the list, you could still expect the update if your phone is eligible.
As of now, Oppo has shared the roadmap of the ColorOS 12 official version and not the beta version. Official version means stable build. Soon Oppo might share the ColorOS 12 Beta version roadmap if there are any Oppo phones left for beta update or going to receive the beta update.
So these are the Oppo phones that will get Android 12-based stable ColorOS 12 update in July 2022.

- From 22th July 2022: Reno7 Z 5G (Indonesia), F21 Pro 5G (India)
- From 23th July 2022: A55 (India), A16 (India)
- From 25th July 2022: A55s 5G (Japan)

Apart from these phones, there are many phones that already started getting the stable Android 12 Update. But it is possible that some of those device users may get the update anytime this month or by the end of Q3, 2022. Check out the ongoing rollout schedule in the attached screenshots.
If your smartphone is in this roadmap, then make sure to upgrade your smartphone to the latest Android 11 build. If your phone is running on the newest software then you’ll get the new update on time. Also, take a backup of important data before upgrading your smartphone to the newer version.
