Another upcoming smartphone by Lava spotted on Geekbench (with 4GB RAM)

Just a few days ago, we reported that Lava is working on a bunch of new smartphones. Now, one more Lava smartphone has appeared on the Geekbench. The new one is slated as Lava Bangalore on Geekbench listing. It’s another confirmation that, the home-grown smartphone manufacturer, Lava will name its smartphones on popular Indian cities. The listing reveals a bunch of specifications of the upcoming Lava Bangalore smartphone.

Lava Bangalore named device is coupled with MediaTek MT6765V/WB chipset (Helio G35). It’s a 2.30Ghz based octa-core processor. There are some chances, that “Bangalore” may be the codename of the upcoming smartphone. Hopefully, the company will soon launch all these smartphones in India.

Lava Bangalore Specifications

The listing on Geekbench revealed that, the Lava Bangalore will pack a 4G RAM and run-on Android 10 out-of-the-box. Like every other Lava smartphone, this one is also based on the stock Android. In terms of power, the upcoming smartphone houses MT6765V/WB SoC, Yes, it’s the same chipset available in recently launched Micromax In 1b smartphone.

As we reported earlier, the smartphone named, Chennai and Chandigarh will also come with the same chipset in 2GB and 3GB RAM options. While, the Mumbai coded device is set to come with octa-core Unisoc spreadtrum chipset. According to our souces, all these phones are based on stock-Android.

Talking about the listing scores, then the device scores 169 for single-core and 922 for multi-core. Obviously, it will be priced under the budget smartphone. If you are waiting for a new Indian smartphone from Lava then you can expect the release of Lava Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Mumbai, and Lava Z1 sooner than expected.
