Lava Z1 spotted on Geekbench, More Lava phones coming this month (Updated)

Lava, one of the Indian smartphone makers, is set to release a bunch of new phones. They will be introducing both feature as well as Android smartphones. Lava is mainly known for entry level devices because of durability and stability at reasonable prices.

Now that we are at Q4 2020, Lava will close this year with bunch of new LAVA phones including Lava Z1.

According to our source, Lava Z1 is the first smartphone, which is fully designed in India. And the Lava Z1 is not the only device that going to release. There are a couple of more devices that are coming including a flip feature phone. The feature phone is dubbed as Lava Flip.

Lava Z1 and few other Lava phones went through Geekbench testing and its scores are out. It means Lava will soon release these phones as early as Diwali which is on 14th November.

According to the Geekbench scores the Lava Z1 will come with Android 10 OS out of the box. And per our sources the device will be running on stock Android. Lava Z1 will have a 1.80GHz MediaTek MT6761 Quad core processor.

As it is going to be an entry level device, the mentioned specs look good. It is going to be one of the base variants as compared to other Lava phones that are set to release soon.

The devices have performed well in the Geekbench and recorded 135 in a Single Core score and 483 in multi core score. We’ll also share more details about other models very soon, so stay connected with us.

Lava Z1 launch

Let’s now talk about the new upcoming Lava feature phone. It is a flip feature phone and it is also called Lava Flip. The feature phone will be coming in beautiful Red and Blue color options.

The flip phone will have a 2.4″ display. And it will boasts a 1200mAh battery which is good enough for a feature phone. It will come with dual GSM SIM support. You can extend the memory up to 32GB via external SD card.
