One UI 5 is the latest UI based on Android 13 for Samsung Galaxy. After rolling out the stable Android 13 update for a slew of Galaxy phones, Samsung is now rolling out the update for the Galaxy A32 LTE, Galaxy A42, and Galaxy M22. Samsung continues to do an impressive job by providing the latest Android 13 update to most of its budget phones.
Samsung is on track to complete the One UI 5 and Android 13 rollout by this year. And if they complete this milestone, it will be the second OEM after Google to do so. The update is already available for most phones such as all flagship phones, Galaxy A51, Galaxy A22, Galaxy M62, Galaxy A52, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, Galaxy A72, and more.
Samsung Galaxy A32 LTE is getting the stable Android 13 update in Europe. It comes with the build number A325FXXU2CVK3. The Galaxy A42 Android 13 update is rolling out in South Korea with build number A426NKSU2DVK2. And the Galaxy M22 is getting the major Android 13 update in Europe with build number M225FVXXU4CVK3.
Soon the update for all three phones will be available in other regions where the device is available. As Android 13 is a major update, the size of the update could be around 2GB or more. So make sure to download the update using WiFi.
Now talking about the new features, all these three phones come with almost the same changes. Changes include new lock screen customization, new set of wallpapers, tweaked app icons, more color palettes for dynamic themes, improved clipboard, per-app language, enhanced security and privacy, and more. Just like updates for other Galaxy phones, Android 13 for Galaxy A32 LTE, Galaxy A42, and Galaxy M22 is also rolling out in batches. This means it can take a few days to reach all users in the region where the update is available.
Sometimes the OTA update notification doesn’t work and so in that case you must check for the update manually. To check for the update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
Before updating your phone to Android 13, make sure to take backup of your phone and charge it to at least 50%.
