Realme kickstarts its Android 14 rollout campaign with Realme 11 Pro and Pro+

The wait is finally over, Oppo’s sister brand Realme begins rolling out the much-awaited Android 14 update to the Realme 11 Pro, Realme 11 Pro+, and Realme Narzo 60 Pro 5G. The company has been testing the Realme UI 5.0 based Android 14 beta on the Realme 11 Pro series since December.

Today, the company has officially shared the rollout details of the stable update on its community forum. As per the details, the update is being rolled out with build numbers RMX3771_14.0.0.300 (EX01) and RMX3741_14.0.0.300 (EX01) for Realme 11 Pro and Pro+. The update goes live for users running on build numbers ending with 13.1.0.548 (EX01) and 13.1.0.549 (EX01).

If you own the Realme Narzo 60 Pro 5G, then your device will get the stable update with RMX3771_14.0.0.300(EX01) build number, make sure your phone is running on the newest available software. If your phone is running on early access or open beta, then you will receive the update via incremental over-the-air upgrade.

In terms of features and changes, Realme UI 5.0 comes out with several new additions including Multiple AOD & Widgets, new intuitive animations, smart charging, Phone Link, Improved multi-tasking with RAM Vitalization and Trinity Engine, and more.

Here’s the full changelog shared by Realme.

  • Parental Service
    • Adds Fluid Cloud, a way of interacting with morphing forms that allows you to view up-to-date information at a glance.
  • Smart Efficiency
    • Adds File Dock, where you can drag and drop to transfer content between apps and devices.
    • Adds Smart Cutout, a feature that can separate multiple subjects in a photo from the background for copying or sharing.
  • Cross-device Connectivity
    • Improves Shelf by adding more widget recommendations.
  • Security and Privacy
    • Improves photo and video-related permission management for safer access by apps.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Improves system stability, the launch speed of apps and the smoothness of animations.
  • Aquamorphic Design
    • Upgrades Aquamorphic Design with a natural, gentle and clearer colour style for a more comfortable colour experience.
    • Adds Aquamorphic-themed ringtones and revamps the system notification sounds.
    • Improves system animations by making them even smoother.
  • User Care
    • Adds a carbon tracking AOD that visualizes the carbon emissions you avoid by walking instead of driving.

If you own Realme 11 Pro, 11 Pro+, or Narzo 60 Pro, you will receive the OTA update on your phone soon. Sometimes the update arrives on phone, but its notification doesnโ€™t appear, so make sure to check for the update manually from Settings.
